Withdrawals and Verification Reviews

Where practical, wephant may return funds through the same method used to deposit. If that method cannot receive withdrawals, another verified option may be offered. The recipient name must match the registered account holder unless expressly approved.

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by wephant. Review the selection, odds, stake, potential return, and PHP amount before confirming. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the applicable market rules allow it.
Sports events are settled according to the official result and the market-specific rules shown by wephant. Post-event changes may not affect settlement unless the rules state otherwise. Abandoned, postponed, interrupted, or incorrectly listed events may be voided or settled under the relevant sport rules.
Casino, slots, poker, Tongits, and virtual sports outcomes follow the rules displayed for each product. In the event of a confirmed system interruption, wephant may restore the last valid game state, void an incomplete round, or settle the round using available game records.
Promotions and Bonus Funds
Wephant promotions can have separate eligibility criteria, opt-in steps, deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, contribution rates, expiry dates, maximum stakes, and withdrawal limits. These conditions form part of this agreement once a promotion is claimed.
Bonus balances may be separate from cash balances and may not be withdrawable until the required playthrough is completed. Withdrawing early can cancel the bonus and associated promotional winnings where stated in the offer rules.
Wephant may withhold or remove a promotion where there is evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, low-risk manipulation, payment abuse, misleading registration information, or another attempt to obtain an unintended benefit.
Prohibited Conduct

Errors and Technical Interruptions
Obvious pricing, odds, paytable, balance, settlement, or promotional errors do not create an entitlement to an unintended payment. Wephant may correct a clear error and recalculate affected transactions using the valid information available at the relevant time.
You should not attempt to benefit from a malfunction. If a game freezes, a balance changes unexpectedly, or an accepted wager is not visible, stop using the affected feature and allow wephant to review the transaction records.
The platform aims to provide consistent access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, and circumstances beyond reasonable control can temporarily affect availability.
Plain-language reminder: if an amount, result, or bonus appears clearly wrong, do not spend or withdraw it. Report the issue and allow wephant to confirm the correct record.

Account Suspension or Closure
